A One-on-One Personal Coaching Experience

This leadership program is intended for both individuals as well as for a specific group of individuals. Each individual has a pre-meeting with a coach, then takes the EI assessment, followed by an individual post-coaching meeting to review the results.

CONTENT:

  • The neuroscience of emotions and the link between emotions, decision, behavior and performance
  • Overview of emotionally intelligent leadership – what it is and why it’s an importance core competency of leadership
  • David Rock’s SCARF model and how it can be utilized to facilitate better decisions, behavior and performance

  • Leaders are aware of the link between emotions, decisions, behavior and performance
  • Leaders equipped with a model for facilitating better decisions, behavior and performance amongst their teams
  • Leaders commence leading with a more engaging style that facilitates better employee performance

Ignite helps professionals develop emotional intelligence skills and improve their impact, influence, leadership, and resilience. There are six unique core modules of the program. Each session, delivered in a three-hour professionally facilitated format, includes:
